New Delhi: Political activity has started early in Uttar Pradesh for the 2027 Assembly elections. All parties are getting ready and planning their moves. The Samajwadi Party has started its “Mission 2027” from Dadri. At the same time, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has also shared its plan.
BJP leader Nitin Naveen said that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be the party’s main face in the 2027 election. He said that since Yogi is already leading the government, the party will fight the election under his leadership.
He also said that BJP is confident of winning again and forming the government for the third time in a row. When asked about leadership in UP and Uttarakhand, he said both states already have their chief ministers, and they will continue to lead.
Talking about the state, he said Uttar Pradesh was earlier known for crime, but now it is known for better law and order and good roads like expressways. He added that the government led by Narendra Modi is working to make the state better.
He also said that development work and government schemes for the poor have helped BJP grow. Many benefits are reaching people, and infrastructure has improved.
BJP came to power in 2017 after 15 years. At that time, the party did not announce a chief minister candidate. The election was fought in the name of Narendra Modi, and after winning, Yogi Adityanath became the Chief Minister.
