Bhandara: A sad road accident happened in Bhandara where five people lost their lives. The accident took place in Adyal village in Pauni area.
The people were coming back home after attending a wedding. They had celebrated happily, dancing and singing with the family. But on the way back, their van met with a serious accident.
They were travelling in a Maruti Omni van when a fast-moving truck hit them very hard. Because of the strong crash, five people died on the spot. Among them were four women and one man. Three other people were badly injured and were quickly taken to the hospital. Doctors say they are now stable.
People nearby heard the noise and rushed to help. Police also reached the spot and started an investigation. The truck driver ran away, and police are trying to find him.
This incident has made the whole area very sad.
Another Accident in Pune
In Pune, another accident happened at Vanaz Chowk. A PMPML bus lost control due to brake failure and hit a garbage truck from behind. One worker was seriously injured and taken to a hospital.
