New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath enjoyed a special and exciting train journey during the last day of his Japan visit. He travelled in a high-speed Maglev train, known for its modern technology and very fast speed.
This train runs at around 500–600 km per hour. It does not move like normal trains because it does not touch the railway track. The train uses magnetic power to float slightly above the track, which helps it move faster and more smoothly.
Seeing Future Transport Technology
The ride took place in Japan’s Yamanashi region, a place famous for advanced technology and research. The experience gave the Chief Minister an idea of how future transport systems can make travel quicker and more comfortable.
At present, Japan’s bullet trains run at about 300 km per hour, but the Maglev train is much faster and represents the next step in railway technology.
Visit to Clean Energy Project
During the trip, Yogi Adityanath also visited a green hydrogen energy plant. He learned how electricity and hydrogen fuel can be produced from water using eco-friendly methods. The visit focused on clean energy and modern development ideas.
Warm Welcome in Japan
Local school children welcomed him with Indian and Japanese flags. Members of the Indian community also met him, and a young child greeted him by chanting Sanskrit prayers, which made the moment memorable.
Focus on Development
The Japan visit aims to bring new investment and modern technology ideas to Uttar Pradesh. The Maglev train journey showed how advanced transport systems could shape the future of infrastructure and travel.
Overall, the trip was not only exciting but also important for learning new technology that could help future development projects.
