During these days, the US and Israel have carried out strong attacks on different places inside Iran. In reply, Iran has also launched missiles and drones at Israel and some Gulf countries.
Reports say the US is focusing on Iran’s top leadership in this war. In the last ten days, American attacks have reportedly killed two senior Iranian leaders, which has increased tension in the region.
Meanwhile, Iran has made a big announcement. The country has named Mojtaba Khamenei, the son of Ali Khamenei, as its new Supreme Leader. He has been given this role at a very difficult time when Iran is facing heavy attacks on its major cities.
Soon after the announcement, another shocking report came out. According to the media group Iran International, Mojtaba Khamenei may have been injured during the ongoing conflict. However, it is still not clear when, where, or how the attack happened.
At the same time, Iran has continued its military action. Iranian forces have launched new attacks on Israel and also sent drones toward Saudi Arabia.
Iran’s powerful military force, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), has also announced its full support and loyalty to Mojtaba Khamenei as the country’s new leader. But the reports about his injury have created new tension in the middle of the ongoing war.
