New Delhi: Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi during the AI Impact Summit. The two leaders spoke about strengthening cooperation between India and the UAE in areas like technology, investment, and long-term partnership.
Both sides agreed that artificial intelligence and modern technology will play an important role in future relations between the two countries. The Crown Prince is visiting India on February 18 and 19 and also attended the AI Impact Summit being held in Delhi.
This is his second visit to India after his 2024 trip. Officials believe this visit is important as India and the UAE are working closely to grow cooperation in innovation and economic development.
During the meeting, the leaders reviewed the strong partnership between the two nations. They discussed trade, energy, and investment opportunities and expressed happiness over the progress made under the CEPA trade agreement in recent years.
They also talked about increasing cooperation in space technology, nuclear energy, and new innovations. The Crown Prince congratulated Prime Minister Modi for successfully organizing the AI Impact Summit. India also supported plans to hold future AI summits in Switzerland and later in the UAE.
