New Delhi: Tension in the Middle East is rising because of the conflict between Iran and the United States. During this situation, a drone attack was reported near Dubai International Airport, which created fear and confusion in the area.
After the incident, authorities in the United Arab Emirates started an investigation. Officials found that some people were sharing fake videos and wrong information about the attack on social media. Because of this, 35 people from different countries were detained. Among them, 19 were Indian citizens.
UAE officials said many of these videos were edited or created using technology to make them look real. These videos spread quickly online and caused panic among people. After checking digital records and online activity, authorities identified the people involved.
Following the drone attack, airport officials briefly stopped some flights to make sure passengers and staff were safe. Travelers were also advised to check flight updates with their airlines before going to the airport.
