Mumbai : Dhurandhar film series, directed by Aditya Dhar, has created history at the box office. The two movies together have earned more than ₹3,000 crore (₹30 billion) worldwide. This is the first time any Indian film series has reached such a huge number.
The films star Ranveer Singh along with R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Sanjay Dutt. Their acting and the action scenes have been liked by audiences everywhere.
The first movie was released in 2025 and was a big hit. The second movie, Dhurandhar: The Revenge, came in 2026 and earned even more money. Both films crossed ₹1,000 crore each, which is very rare.
The series has also done better than popular films like Baahubali, KGF, and Pushpa in total earnings.
Experts say the success of Dhurandhar shows that Indian movies can earn big money not just in India, but all over the world.
