Mumbai: Because of the tension between the US and Iran, gold and silver prices in Jalgaon have been going up and down for the last 25 days. After falling yesterday, prices have increased again today, which is worrying for common people.
In the Jalgaon market, both gold and silver prices have gone up a lot. In the last 24 hours, gold became costlier by ₹4,000 and silver by 5,000. This sudden rise is making it difficult for people to buy gold.
On March 24, the price of 10 grams of gold (with GST) reached ₹1,44,200. Silver price also increased to ₹2,34,840 per kg.
Yesterday, gold price had dropped by about ₹7,500 and came down to ₹1,40,595. But today, it has gone up again.
Because of these constant changes, people are now thinking carefully before buying gold or silver.
