New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi changed his social media DP on the first anniversary of ‘Operation Sindoor’. His new profile picture shows the Indian national flag and the official logo of the operation. Through this, PM Modi paid tribute to the Indian Armed Forces.
After Modi changed his DP, many Union ministers, government officers and Indian embassies in other countries also updated their profile pictures. Soon, the campaign became popular on social media, and many people shared patriotic posts online.
‘Operation Sindoor’ was started last year as an important mission linked to India’s security. To mark one year of the operation, different programmes and online campaigns were held across the country to honour the bravery of Indian soldiers.
PM Modi also praised the hard work and courage of the armed forces and thanked them for protecting the country. Many BJP workers and citizens also joined the campaign by using the same logo and tricolour images on social media.
