New Delhi: Building a house usually takes many months and costs a lot of money. But now, a new way of buildirng homes is becoming popular. With this method, people can build a strong, modern and beautiful house without using bricks, cement or much water.
These homes are called prefabricated houses. Most parts of the house are made in a factory. Later, they are brought to the land and fixed together. Because of this, the house is ready much faster than a normal home.

Instead of bricks, builders use Aerocon panels, Bison boards, steel and iron pipes. The steel frame makes the house strong, while the panels and boards are used for the walls, roof and floor.
Aerocon panels are made from cement, silica and other special materials. They help keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter. They also reduce outside noise and are safe from water and fire.
Bison boards are made from cement and wood powder. They are strong, waterproof and fire-resistant. They also do not get damaged by termites. These boards are used for walls, ceilings and flooring.
The panels fit together with a special locking system. This makes the whole house stronger. After the frame is ready, tiles, paint and other inside work are done just like in a normal house.
This type of home also costs less. Experts say it can be built for about 30% less money than a traditional house. It also uses very little water and is completed in less time.
This technology has been used in Kerala and other southern states for many years. Now, more people across India are showing interest because it is fast, affordable and long-lasting.
