Nashik: A serious case has come out from a TCS company in Nashik. Employees have made strong complaints about harassment and pressure to change religion.
The main name in this case is HR manager Nida Khan. Many employees say she was very strict and powerful. They were scared of her.
According to the police complaint (FIR), she worked with some team leaders who are also accused in this case. They are said to have troubled women employees and tried to force them to follow another religion.
Some women said they were told what clothes to wear and asked to follow Islamic practices. They said it was not advice, but pressure. One woman said she was even taught how to wear a burqa.
So far, nine FIRs have been filed. Police say a group of seven men worked together and used their positions to pressure employees.
One male employee also said he faced religious pressure.
Women employees also said that they were stared at, touched without permission, and given bad comments. When they complained, the problem became worse.
Police are now investigating the case and searching for the accused.
