New Delhi:After the results of the West Bengal Assembly Elections, Akhilesh Yadav took a big decision. He cancelled his party’s deal with Indian Political Action Committee (IPAC), a company that helps political parties plan election campaigns.
In West Bengal, the Bharatiya Janata Party won a strong majority. This result surprised many opposition parties across the country. Because of this, the Samajwadi Party has decided to change its strategy.
Akhilesh Yadav now wants to depend more on his own party workers instead of outside consultants like IPAC. IPAC was started by Prashant Kishor and has helped many parties in past elections.
This decision is important because elections are coming soon in Uttar Pradesh, which is one of the most important states in Indian politics. The Samajwadi Party may now focus more on local leaders and direct connection with voters.
Overall, after results in West Bengal and Assam, many opposition parties are becoming careful and changing their plans for upcoming elections.
