Mumbai: Death of Maharashtra DCM Ajit Pawar in a plane crash has shocked everyone. After his sudden death, many people started asking questions. Some are even wondering if it was really an accident.
Ajit Pawar’s nephew, MLA Rohit Pawar, held a press conference and showed CCTV videos and some papers. He raised doubts about the crash. He said there was heavy fog at the time. In one video, a line can be seen near the runway before a blast happened. He asked if that line was fire. He also questioned why the plane tried to land when visibility was less than 5 kilometres.Rohit Pawar said there are strict rules from the DGCA. According to these rules, a plane should not take off or land if visibility is below the required level. He asked how the plane was allowed to fly in such weather.
CM Devendra Fadnavis responded to these questions. He said asking for a full and proper investigation is not wrong. He said Ajit Pawar was a senior and respected leader, and the truth must come out. Fadnavis said he himself had asked the Central Government for a detailed inquiry. He informed that the Union Civil Aviation Minister has formed a special team to investigate the crash. The investigation is going on, and the black box has been found.
Fadnavis also said people should not make guesses before the investigation is complete. He said this can create confusion. He expressed trust in India’s investigation agencies and said they are capable and follow international standards.
He added that everyone is emotional because they lost a beloved leader. But he assured that the real facts will come out after the investigation is finished.
