New Delhi: A sad accident happened in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Four workers died after getting buried under coal slurry at a plant run by Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL).
The accident took place at the Munidih coal washery while workers were loading slurry (wet coal powder) into a truck. Suddenly, a large amount of slurry fell on them. The workers got trapped under it. So far, four bodies have been found, and more workers may still be stuck.
After the accident, there was panic in the area. Police and teams from the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) reached the spot quickly. Local people also came to help.
Rescue work is going on fast. Machines are being used to remove the slurry and search for trapped workers. Officials said they are trying their best to save anyone still stuck.
The area is tense, and families are waiting for news about the missing workers.
